Welcome to the web page for the City of Taylorsville Municipal Justice Court. The Court became operational on July 1, 1998. The Court handles Class B and Class C misdemeanors, infractions, and civil claims of $7,500 or less.
The Taylorsville Municipal Justice Court has changed its hours of operation. New hours are:
Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.
Small Claims 5:30 p.m. 3rd Tuesday/ Month
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Marriage ceremonies are performed by appointment only.
